Brilliant session. Body felt much looser after and was able to bend easier than when my lower back felt stiff prior to going. Also addressed an issue with my hip and set me exercise to do at home and can definitely see improvement within a day or so

Superb - this was my first visit to Reform Osteopaths and it had been a long time since I had last required similar treatment. Patrick was very professional but also friendly enough to make me feel at ease. After thoroughly noting my details and history, his diagnosis and treatment was first class and after 45 minutes I walked out with a great deal more movement and a great deal less pain. I was given simple exercises for the next week until my follow up appointment 7 days later. I cannot praise Reform Osteopaths enough and would certainly recommend them.
