Really good session at Reform. Knows what is causing the back problem and set a course of action. I’ve been before with a seperate issue and got it sorted pretty quickly

Very professional, Patrick puts you at ease the moment you walk in, the room is set out just right and doesn’t feel clinical at all.
He listens to what you have to say about your problem, then explains what he is going to do first.
At the end he gave me some advise how I would feel for a couple of days and gave me some exercises to improve my movement and ease any stiffness in my back. Also advised me to drink more water and explained why that helps.
Rebooked for two weeks.
