Having had a sports massage here in the past that completely fixed my niggling back, I went back after feeling a bit stiff post-gym. This time I had a half osteo, half sports massage and I walked out feeling like a new person! I honestly feel like an owl — I’d forgotten what it felt like to have full movement in my neck 😂 I’ll definitely be back.

Patrick is amazing, this is my 2nd visit after my previous Osteopath of many years retiring and I can’t ask for better! He is so thorough and is so calming, he makes you feel at ease… I feel like I have known him for years! I had been in agony over Christmas but my neck felt so much better after the first appointment.
