This initial consultation did all I had hoped for. A thorough discussion of my health status, an explanation of why I was in pain, an effective massage and manipulation and good advice on exercises.

Went to Patrick with severe shooting sciatic pain. After our first session I was sore. Few days past and suddenly the shooting pain was gone. Still sore but no more shooting pain after our very first session. Still a way to go but honestly couldn’t be more grateful to Patrick for helping me gain some normality!
