I was recommended by a friend so I knew it was going to be ok! Had a bad back for years including surgery & a titanium rod down my spine. I was in a lot of pain but Paddy explained the things he was going to perform, he did a full assessment and off we went. I think I was turned inside out and back to front. He warned me that I might hurt a little this am, but I feel so much easier. I can tell I have had something done but I'm not in pain. I have exercises to practice and a plan for getting back to the Transformation Hub to do more exercise. I will return to Paddy in a week and have round 2.
If you are in any doubt, do it, go and get some relief, you are worth it

Patrick is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He gives excellent sports massages and has really helped me with my neck and shoulders after only 2 sessions.
